Keyboard shortcuts don't work in system dialogs

    Description

      Note: filing this as a WebEngine bug as I can reproduce the issue with system dialogs spawned using the simplebrowser example, but not other examples.

      To reproduce:

      1. Run the Qt simplebrowser example,
      2. Use File -> Open File... to open a macOS system dialog for opening a file,
      3. Try using some common shortcuts – e.g. Cmd + V to paste text; Cmd + A to select all text in an editable text region, and so on.

      The associated shortcuts seem to be ignored.
