QtreeWidget : currentItemChanged() is emitted with mouse press, not with mouse release

If user left-clicks on an item in a QTreeWidget, a selection of the TreeWidget item is executed immediately, even if you do not release the mouse button.

Please find the sample attached, when you press the mouse on an item and move the mouse to another item, currentItemchanged() is emitted.
Ideally, it should be emitted when mouse is released on a particular item.
