you must specify a summary

This to report a bug in the bug reporting application.
1. Please add the bug reporting application as an element
which can be reported. (versions?) How do I find out
what version of the bug tracking system am I using?

2. There is a bug in that when filling out a "summary" the
report of the previous empty summary does not
go away. See attached screen shot.
I ignored the error and submitted the report
which appeared to be accepted.

If I took the error message at it stated purpose I would
have tried and tried again to get rid of the message.
Frustrating.
