I don't know how I did it but the main project qml file is not listed in the project

I tried to play with the contents of the qmlproject file.

I tried to add to directories (one each) to the qml and image resources
I modified the default values from "." to ".;./xxx" for the appropriate
values.

When I tried to run the viewer nothing happened. Both directories are empty .
So I backed out my changes.
Then when I looked everything appeared to be normal.

I closed and reopened the project. At that time the file named in the qmlproject
as the main file did not appear in the list of project files.

When I pressed the run command the application executed.

To access the file I had use: file/open file or project; locate the file. It
opened successfully but still did not add the file to the project
