TableWidget scrolling issue when resizing parent docker widget

      When having a QTableWidget in a QDockWidget and when resizing this dock widget it is possible to hide the table last column and the scrollbar doesn't show that a part of the table is not visible.

      I have reproduced the issue by using the QtDesigner with the attached file: TableScrollingBugWhenResizingDockerWidget.ui
