QSvgRenderer does not handle vector-effect property inheritence correctly (was: QSVGRenderer does not honor width of line)

      QSVGRenderer does not honor width of the straight line in the SVG image. Let's say, in a test file I have 400x500 SVG canvas with 36 pixels wide frame around it. Open test SVG file in SVGViewer application from Qt 4.6.2 distribution. Now zoom in / zoom out with mouse wheel. Total size of the rendering gets changed in accordance with current zoom factor, but width of the frame is never correct (accounting "frame width" to "total size of the canvas" ratio).
      SVGViewer from Qt 4.5.1 distribution works as it supposed to.
