a Window declared as a child of View3D doesn't become "transient for" the view's window

It's a standard Item feature that was used to ensure that a dialog window will be shown centered upon its parent window. Not sure how often someone will want to do that now...

One reason is the custom default data property (QTBUG-90450). Another reason is that itemChange(ItemSceneChange) isn't happening.
