Allow setting the Android icon from the project file

    Description

      Allow projects (qmake, cmake) to set the icon directly from the user project file instead of having to create a custom manifest and edit it manually to add an icon. 

      Accordingly, QtC could take that into account when editing the icon from the Manifest UI.
