LLVM-MINGW: Don't create .eh_fram & .gcc_exc sections

    Description

      The Qt6Core.dll contains .eh_fram & .gcc_exc sections, but e.g. Qt6Gui.dll and QtWidgets.dll don't.

      Please add required flags to not create them for Qt6Core.dll too.

      Built with LLVM-MINGW [1].
