qmllint: Improve hint system

qmllint needs a formal system of producing hints. Currently the only hints we have are those produced by unqualified accesses. These are generated by manually writing to the console and do not go through the logger.

This means they are not represented when outputting as JSON nor is there an easy way to actually apply suggested fixes or supply similar hints for other warnings (i.e. multiline strings vs template literals).
