Text drawing issue on Windows Surface

    Description

      When working on the Windows Surface we found that our application will redraw a few headers from our HorizontalHeaderView{} in QML. See the attached picture, the headers of the table are redrawn and overlapping. 

      The issue seems to be with the touch screen. If you either put the Windows Surface into Tablet Mode or disable the Intel(R) Precise Touch Device, this text artifact will not happen.
