No kinetic scrolling in ScrollView on Android

    Description

      Scrolling with touch is not "kinetic" ("inertial") on Android in some cases. Used to work in Qt 5.15.

      In the attached example kinetic scrolling works on the 1st page only (with ListView) and doesn't work on the 2nd page (Repeater). Qt 5.15 - works in both cases.
