Fix elide warnings to work correctly inside layouts

Previously there was a hack to avoid checking elide issues inside a layout since it gave invalid results.
Elides can be checked the same time as the missing translations after the rendering instead of in real time at any point of time when the elides occurr, even when recalculating component sizes.
