Server stopped accepting new streams before this stream was established

      I'm frequently seeing this issue with HTTP/2.

      I'm currently testing with the Qt dev branch from today.

      18:17:56.814 WARN unknown stream 5 finished with error: "Server stopped accepting new streams before this stream was established"

      It occurs with:

      [https://api.audd.io/findLyrics/
      https://ws.audioscrobbler.com/2.0/|https://api.audd.io/findLyrics/]

      and others.

      It seem like the issue is intermittent, it can be fine for a while.
