Document how to manually assign a backend to a feature

We have documentation that this can be done by using the QIfServiceManager, but there is no documentation about how to best identify the needed backend and how to assign it.

Maybe an example would make sense as well.

When documenting this, we should also keep in mind that we will have multiple ways to fix this in the future, e.g. by using the Configuration System or using a backend priority.
