Function qiviRegisterPendingReplyBasicTypes() not called automatically

In short a solution should be found in QtIVI that gets rid of the manual call to qiviRegisterPendingReplyBasicTypes() in the attached main.cpp.

Note though that the documentation is correct: "Usually this function called automatically when creating a QCoreApplication or a QIviPendingReply and doesn't need to be called manually." (except that "is" is missing after "function").
