Navigator view empty when using ApplicationWindow

      Windows 7 64 bit, Qt 5.2.1

      When using an ApplicationWindow as root element (that's what comes out Qt Creator's app wizards by default), the Navigator view is empty.

      When changing the top level item to Item, the Navigator view works again.
