Can only set two digit values for ProgressBar

      1. Select a ProgressBar item in Qt Quick Designer.
      2. In Properties editor, try to assign a value of "200" to the ProgressBar's minimumValue, maximumValue or value.
        This does not work. The spin boxes accept "99" at most.

      The Properties editor should not prohibit valid values.
