Qt Creator 4.1.0-rc1
-
macOS Sierra - Xcode 8 - CMake 3.6 (as before)
Description
Hi - I am still having issues importing my CMake project.
Running the latest git 4.1 after your patches for the system libraries...great!
On macOS Sierra - Xcode 8 - CMake 3.6 (as before)
- Preferences->Qt Versions Ok
- Preferences->Compilers OK
- Preferences->Debuggers OK
- Preferences->CMake OK
- Preferences-> Kit - Desktop : Warning : CMake configuration has no path to a C Compiler Set, even though the kit has a valid toolchain
- Created a new Kit - No Warnings
- Set it as default
- CMake configuration pops up
- I configure - util no red
- I generate - till seems like it's done (no real feedback)
- Then what? Attempting to Run just invokes the CMake configuration panel again.
- Maybe there's something I'm not getting?
BTW, I also tried configuring CMake in my build directory manually, just to load up the cache, hoping I could avoid the CMake configuration/generate step. Also tried setting my generator to CodeBlocks-Unix.
I'm attempting to get to a point where the project's structure is recognized. So I can use the IDE. I can deal with building/making at the Terminal.
Also - are there potential conflicts with other qtcreator installations? I have the universal build version (4.0?) installed.
Not sure if this bug, but certainly an issue.
Thanks in advance, Patrice
