    Description

      This is addition to QTCREATORBUG-17507

      Per suggestion I added MAKEFLAGS to my profile and noticed that building using make from command line it does take affect. But after restarting Qt Creator from shortcut icon does not take effect. I have Qt 5.8 installed. 

      Also I encountered CMAKE_CODEBLOCKS_MAKE_ARGUMENTS issue with CMake versions 3.5.1, 3.7.2 and just released 3.8.1.
