Block selection changes wrongly on file edit

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Ctrl+Alt+Shift and select text rectangle.
      2. Do a split (Ctrl+Alt+3).
      3. In another split part move text cursor upper and try to insert/remove few lines.
      4. As a result you can see that your block selection slides up/down accordingly, but actually selected text changes.
