Warn user about missing or incompatible Xcode managed development certificated and profiles.

Though the iOS settings in Project -> Build do list some incompatibilities but this needs to be extended and posting a descriptive warning message in the build output about the incompatible signing identities and profiles is certainly a good idea.

*Change the UI of the provisioning profile selection and remove automatically managed signing as Xcode 8 not only selects the correct profile but also automatically fixes and profile related issues unlike old Xcode where explicit button 'Fix' was displayed.

*Write an output parser for xcodebuild errors to catch the profile releated issues and ask user to open the xcodeproject and fix the issues.

 The 'default' option in the team selection was added to let QMake select the provisioning profile the way it was working before but let user know which identity is selected.

Note to self: See if codesign tool can help to figure out the identities.
