Alt+Return no longer opens quick fix context menu

    Description

      After typing a member function declaration, I used to be able to hit Alt+Return and get the quick fix context menu, but now nothing shows up. The shortcut is correctly configured in the settings.

      Right-clicking on the declaration still allows me to refactor via the context menu.
