Copy/cut line if no selection present

With current solution to treat copy/cut selection and line differently we cannot use same shortcut for selection version and line version. For example: I want to use ctrl+c to copy selection when present and copy current line when there is no selection.

Simpliest solution is to make copy selection priority over copy line, then we can set same shortcut for both (currently conflicts when copying selection).
