Tooltips: shift+mouseover does not work

    Description

      The option "Text Editor > Behavior > Show help tooltips using the mouse" no longer works after updating to version 4.5.2 when set to "On Shift+Mouseover".

      I was last using version 4.2.1 and there it worked.
