Qt Creator should warn the user if CMake is not detected

When opening a `CmakeLists.txt` project file without CMake installed, the project is opened, but no files are listed. Further, no message is shown (in General Messages or otherwise) to explain that CMake was not found and that this is the reason nothing is displayed. Right clicking the project and selecting "Run CMake" makes the loading bar appear briefly, but nothing else happens.
