Add option to use solid cursor

It would be great to add an option (Under Text Editor -> Display) to not blink the cursor.

I use FakeVim and the blinking cursor is distracting.  However, I do not want to change my global cursor blink rate, since other non-code editing tasks sometimes benefit from a blinking cursor.
