can't build android app (make: *** [install_target] Error 129)

I installed Android Studio, and installed SDK and NDK. I configured Android requirements (Java Settings, Android Settings) with warning (Cannot create kits for all architectures). When I build an Android app, I face with an error. I chose "cellphone" example then I built it and I put the error occurred in the "errors" text file. Note: the NDK which appears in "errors" file is an older version, but I test the issue with its latest version and it's the same.
