Description
Qt Creator is dual-licensed commercial and GPL with Exception, and e.g. the plugin description in the About dialog read:
Alternatively, this plugin may be used under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 3 as published by the Free Software Foundation with exceptions as appearing in the file LICENSE.GPL3-EXCEPT included in the packaging of this plugin.
However, the file LICENSE.GPL3-EXCEPT is only prominently included in the opensource standalone version of Qt Creator - there is a LICENSE.GPL3-EXCEPT file in share\qtcreator\debugger, but I guess this is just a coincidence.
This could be improved by either always including LICENSE.GPL3-EXCEPT in Qt Creator root folder, or by changing the plugin description.
