LSP: working directory is Qt creator's dir, not project dir

LSP servers are started with the working directory set to wherever qtcreator.sh is instead of the project's root directory. This breaks haskell-ide-engine, as its hie-wrapper tries to detect the GHC version of the project but fails because it expects the pwd to be the project's.
