5.9.8 not visible in kits when creating new Qt Quick application

Install Qt5.9.8 binaries and launch Creator. Create new project with the wizard, if selected one of the 'Qt Quick Application xxx' types the 5.9.8 is not listed in wizard 'Kit selection' page. If for example the Qt Widgets Application is selected 5.9.8 is visible in the 'Kit selection' page.

If the installation is updated and for example 5.12.3 binaries installed, creating new Qt Quick Application will show 5.12.3 on the 'Kit selection' page, but still not the 5.9.8. If type is changed to Qt Widgets Application both binaries 5.9.8 and 5.12.3 are visible.
