Indexing documentation late is inefficient

1. Start Creator.
   You can see a progress bar "Update Documentation". After that, Creator is idle, doesn't seem to do anything.
2. Switch to Help mode.
3. Select "Search" from the combo box above the side bar.
   You can see a progress bar "Indexing Documentation". You won't be able to search before it has finished which takes about a minute.

This is wasting the user's time. If Creator is idle anyway, it should be indexing the documentation in the background.
