Qt not in PATH during Deploy step when using MSVC

I tried to add a deploy step to run windeployqt.exe.
However it failed because "windeployqt.exe" could not be found.

After further investigations it seems that Qt is not in PATH during the execution of the deploy step.

This is a qmake project. I tried to use nmake, jom or directly run windeployqt. In all 3 cases I have the same issue.

However, if I use MinGW it works as expected.
