Support creating singleton C++ class.

    Description

      Click "New file or project" menu. Select "C+" --> "Singleton C+ Class" template.

      Qt creator will create a C++ Class marked as "final" with private constructor/destructor, a static 

      getInstance() function and its copy/move constructors/assignment operators all disabled.
