Killing *.pro.user file when restart

Just restarted Qt Creator and got killed every project setting and duplicated kit's^ see screenshot. It has been happening before but about 2-3 months ago. Only killing *.pro.user and total reinstall Qt Creator (or at least kill all of settings and cache) file helping, but if the build sequence is complex - this bug require me spend a lot of time to repair it.
