Description
I downloaded a fresh copy of Qt and installed Qt Creator 4.10.0 (on 3-Oct-19). When I use the "New File or Project" wizard to create any of the "Qt Quick ..." applications, I receive the error "No valid kits found".
However, valid kits are available and this is seen when I use the wizard to create a Qt Widgets Application.
Perhaps it is pertinent that I originally installed Qt via Anaconda's Python distribution using Conda. I installed both PySide2 and PyQt5. When I downloaded the Qt distribution on 3-Oct-19, it only allowed me to install the tools, and not Qt itself.
I also have the issue that there is no help available within Qt Creator nor are there any examples under the Examples tab within "Welcome". There are some tutorials listed.
