Unable to repair code model database

Opening a CMake project in QtCreator at "/a/b/c/d/".
Moving the folder d to the following tree structure: "/a/b/d/".
Following this, it is impossible to follow the symbols under the file cursor, because it tries to access the file previously at the position "/a/b/c/d/".
When I look at the model code in Tools -> C++ -> Code Model, it still contains the old file location.

I've tried to delete the build folder, close/reopen the project, etc...

The only solution was deleting the QtProject directory under ~/.config,

But I lost all of my preferences.
