Install failure on Win7 SP1 32bit

    Description

      I downloaded the standalone version for Win7 SP1 32 bit from here.

      The installer fails on Win7 SP1 32 bit during the installation of qt.tools.windows_kits_debuggers with error 1633 from "msiexec /i C:\Qt\qtcreator-4.10.2\vcredist\X64 Debuggers And Tools-x64_en-us.msi /norestrt /q"

      Error 1633 means ERROR_INSTALL_PLATFORM_UNSUPPORTED and I think this is true because my OS is 32 bit and I downloaded the x86 installer.

      The "x64" in the name of the package seems suspect to me
