Special accent keys of US International - PC keyboard on Mac OS X do not work

Just like in QTBUG-36973 I cannot write " (or any special character needing a accent key+other key) in a c++ editor, this even without any popup.

This seems to happen only if there was an error such that the program could not be compiled and thus clang fails to provide completions, or automcompletion is deactivated (Set to Manual).
The fully working completion do not show this behaviour.

It might take a bit to eat the accent, so sometime if one is really quick in pressing the next character it works.
Still it is annoying and visible as soon as C++ editor has no completions (either due to error, or to being disabled).
