    Description

      Building a project will trigger a "Save Changes Dialog" if there is a scratch buffer with unsaved changes.

      Scratch buffers are not intended to be saved (according to the documentation [here|https://doc.qt.io/qtcreator/creator-project-creating.html]), so modified scratch buffers shouldn't trigger the dialog.
