Hotkey action doesn't work.

I have custom hotkey binding: FollowSymbolUnderCursor -> '`'. It worked fine somewhere about version 4.10.0 and early. After update to version 4.11.0 it broke down and on button press it prints symbol '`' in the editor instead of jump to a function/method definition or implementation.
