REG 4.10.2 - 4.11.0: shift+space hotkey not work

    Description

      because input method uses Ctrl+space to switch, I usually use Shift+Space as Qt Creator CompleteThis hotkey.

      but after update to 4.11.0, this hotkey never work. change back to Ctrl+space or any other combination like Meta+Space / Alt+space, make it work.

      only Shift + space is disabled, I think maybe editor believe shift+space is a other space like shift + letter is uppercase letter, just my guess.
