Possibility to change Qt Creator user interface sizes.

    Description

      Users have requested a possibility to change the Qt Creators Ui element(Icons, menus, buttons, etc) via settings.

      Currently user with UI size issues have tried making custom Qt Creator shortcuts which set different QT_SCALE_FACTOR's and this is not always optimal.
