Please, PLEASE sort the compiler errors above the clangbackend errors in Issues

When I compile some code, the issues from the Clang backend analyser show up before the issues reported by the compiler in Pane 1, Issues. That is not desired since the Clang backend is often much more verbose than the compiler and solving actual compiler issues takes precedent.

This is even more important when the issues from Clang are incorrect, due to its inability to parse some GCC structures or lack of support for some C+17 or C+20 features.
