    Description

      I'm using:

          Qt Creator 4.12.1
Based on Qt 5.14.2 (Clang 10.0 (Apple), 64 bit)
          Built on May 19 2020 01:15:58
          From revision 6b536bcbdf

      My iMAC is running:

          macOS Catalina
          Version 10.15.5
          iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
          Processor 4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
          Memory 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
          Graphics AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4 GB

Today I lost the project side bar view and I tried to access the sub-menu option to reset the views which is located in the Window->Views submenu, however no submenu appears.

This was working in previous versions.

Edit#1 I rebooted my system and relaunched Qt Creator and tried again, same problem however after stopping and restarting the application it now works which seems very odd....it seems that is isn't constantly broken and may be reliant on another option?

Edit#2 Although the option to "Reset to Default Layout" is now accessible it does not work and the project layout is still not visible.
