Dashboard/Report a Bug does not have a login option

When trying to report a bug from QtCreator, I bookmarked that URL.
Since I still can not get that to work. I open my browser and go
directly to that panel. When I select "report a bug", my request is
rejected, because I am not logged in

All well and good.

The only way I found to get to a panel with a login option is to display
the wiki or documentation, or android doc panels.

It would be nice if the dashboard panel included a log-in option.
as one of the selection elements. I tried signing up, but after that
(I logged in under signup), but going back to the dashboard did not
fix the problem.
