Register field's value shows as 0x0 in peripheral tab (CMSIS-SVD)

When debugging and using the peripheral view I can see the value of the complete register but the register fields values are all zeroes. On the tooltip you can also see wrong bit range for field "[-1..0]" (screenshot attached, as well as SVD file used).
