Qt Creator with no project and no file - state it in editor info

I noticed when I started Qt Creator and there is no open session the file structure and
the primary screen are both empty.

In the message area above the primary screen it states "no document".
Could you state when no project is present, instead "no session"? This would
be a more accurate state of the tool.

And you might also highlight the Welcome icon in the left column, as a
hint of what you might want to do next. Just an idea.

You help in the empty primary screen is Desktop menu oriented. Could you add information to
help in opening a "session" or a "project" in addition to ways of opening a file.
