Creator does not reparse externally changed project files

    Description

      1. I have a subdirs (qmake) project open in Creator. One of the sub-Pro-Files is called "tcc.pro"
      2. I check out a new version of the source tree in the background. A file is added and the .pro file is changed
      3. Creator does not reparse the pro file, as apparent in the following screen shots
