Show a warning/error icon on diagnostic text in Qt Veraion manager.

    Description

      The Warning/Error message of a Qt Version should show the same icon as the Qt version in the list widget above. That makes it easier for the user to make the mental connection and immediately read what what is wrong.

      We could us a Utils::InfoLabel for that.
